About Us

Meet Nick Mayle

For years, Nick worked as a litigator working on complex and difficult cases. He understands the time involved in trying cases and the pitfalls that every party must navigate when taking a case to trial. Now Nick works as a mediator, helping parties reach of a resolution of their case without the time, frustration, and expense of going to trial. 

Nick believes that mediation is almost always the best way to resolve a case. His goal is to ensure that all litigants in Western Colorado have at their disposal a mediator who is effective, reasonably priced, and available.

Nick is happy to travel to accommodate the parties and can also schedule mediations remotely via Zoom. Nick also has the ability to schedule mediations quickly on an expedited basis.

Personal Life

Nick grew up in a military family and spent his youth living around the country and around the world. Now he loves calling Western Colorado home. He is married to a wonderful wife and they have a beautiful daughter. When Nick is not working as a mediator he spends his time being active in the community and enjoying all that Western Colorado has to offer, including mountain biking, hiking, and skiing.
